Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Growth7 website and, together with any separate written agreement, the Growth7 platform. Growth7 is operated by Infraxio LLC ("Infraxio", "we", "us"), 90 Fort Wade Rd, Suite 100, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Where you have signed a separate service agreement or order form with Infraxio, that agreement governs your use of the platform and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to evaluate our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including through automated scraping that places unreasonable load on it.
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

Platform Accounts

Access to the Growth7 platform requires an account provisioned by Infraxio. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, for the activity that occurs under your account, and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Accounts are granted at role-based levels of access. You agree not to attempt to access companies, data, or functions beyond the access you have been granted.

Customer Responsibilities for Outreach

Growth7 helps you source prospect data and send email, SMS, and voice communications through provider accounts you connect. You remain solely responsible for the legality of your own outreach.

• Complying with all applicable marketing and communications law, including anti-spam, telemarketing, and calling-time rules in every jurisdiction you contact.
• Obtaining and maintaining any consent required before contacting a person by email, text message, or telephone.
• Honoring opt-out, unsubscribe, and do-not-call requests promptly.
• Ensuring your use of sourced data complies with applicable data protection law and the terms of the underlying source.
• The accuracy and appropriateness of the content you send.

Third-Party Providers

Growth7 orchestrates third-party services that you connect using your own credentials, including email delivery, messaging, voice, data sourcing, content generation, and social publishing providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and their availability, pricing, and behavior are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third-party provider's acts, omissions, or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The Growth7 platform, this website, and all associated software, design, text, graphics, and the Growth7 and Infraxio names and logos are owned by Infraxio LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Content you upload or generate in the platform remains yours. You grant Infraxio the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the service to you.

AI-Generated Output

Growth7 includes features that generate images, video, and written content using AI models. Generated output may be inaccurate, may resemble other output, and should be reviewed by you before publication. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any generated content you choose to publish or send, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your audience.

Availability

We work to keep the site and platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend availability for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Any uptime commitment applicable to your account will be set out in your separate agreement with us.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Any performance figures, examples, or outcomes described on this site are illustrative. Results depend on your market, your offer, your data, and your execution, and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability
